Finding your way around
The Nice Rank menu is organized by hubs, shared tools and approvals. Each hub groups work by purpose, so your team can move from business facts to content, campaigns or AI visibility without losing context.
Local Hub contains Business & Locations, Customers & Jobs, Reviews, and Listings & Citations. SEO Hub contains Search Performance, Site Health, Rankings, Opportunities and SEO Content. The other hubs follow the same idea: one clear home for a connected type of work.
The strongest setup is not the fastest list of tasks. Start with accurate business context, then use each completed step to inform the next. When a task is not ready, leave it visible rather than forcing a publish or connection. The workspace is designed to help your team make deliberate progress and return to the right next action.
How to approach it

Open a hub from the main menu
Choose Local, SEO, AI Visibility, Social or Campaigns based on the task in front of you.

Use shared tools for context
Use Brand Brain, Media Library, Reports and Activity Log across the account.

Check approvals when work is waiting
Approvals make it clear when prepared work needs a decision.
