Getting started
How approvals work
Approvals make the publishing decision visible. Managed work prepared by Nice Site Marketing can wait for client approval when that option is on. Self-serve posts can publish directly, or wait for a teammate if the business turns approval on.
A draft is not published because it exists in the workspace. Nothing counts as published without a confirmed response from the platform. AI writes editable drafts only, and drafts are checked for restricted claims before they go out.
The strongest setup is not the fastest list of tasks. Start with accurate business context, then use each completed step to inform the next. When a task is not ready, leave it visible rather than forcing a publish or connection. The workspace is designed to help your team make deliberate progress and return to the right next action.
How to approach it
- 01
Review what is waiting
Open the approval area to see the prepared work and its current state.
- 02
Make a clear decision
Approve when the work is ready, or return it with the context needed to revise it.
- 03
Check for confirmation
Treat a post as published only after the platform confirms the response.
