Local Hub
Review requests
Review requests respect Do-Not-Contact, a 30-day cooldown and the monthly limit in your plan. They are designed to make a reasonable request without treating every customer interaction as permission to keep asking.
A “Review link clicked” status is not proof that a review was posted. Verified reviews need Google Business Profile. Use the visible request and verification context rather than presenting a click as a customer review.
Local work becomes easier to manage when the business facts and customer context are kept close together. Use the hub to make a clear distinction between information that is confirmed, information that needs a review and work that still needs a response. That steady record makes it easier to choose the next useful update without guessing.
How to approach it
- 01
Check that a request is allowed
Nice Rank applies Do-Not-Contact, cooldown and monthly-limit rules before a request is sent.
- 02
Send the request
Use the customer context and review workflow when the request is ready.
- 03
Read the result accurately
Treat a click as a click. Look to Google Business Profile for a verified review.
This isn’t legal advice — check the rules that apply to your business.
